New & sealed, but this item was lost in transit going to the original purchaser, so the manufacturer has blocked this serial number. I'm selling it as "for parts or not working" because although it is new and perfect, it cannot be activated by a normal consumer. You would have to be a dealer and find a way for the manufacturer to un-block it.
