Hi guys, I have a son processor UltraSPARC 3 clocked at 650 MHz. It is in wonderful condition and the die looks absolutely great. It came from a working unit so it has been tested. The pins on the bottom are also straight and can be used on any system that can take an Ultrasparc 3. Let me know if you have any questions.
