Includes colour box, cooler, PCB and maybe some accessories. The item itself is never used, GPU and VRAMs were removed from brand new cards; hence the factory protection films still on the product. Fans and LEDs should work as they are from new hardware. Please message me if you need me to test the fans. note: in the PCB, some other small components maybe missing during the process.
