Canon PowerShot SX620 HS 20.2MP Camera (For Parts or Repair) Error E32

The camera is actually functioning but has an E32 error. I believe it has something to do with the lens as you can see when I power it on there’s a black obstruction on the screen. It’s part of the lens. So not sure what’s wrong with it. It does take pictures, flash works, zooms in. SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS
